Overview:Optimum Nutrition eNews, is the re-branded sister publication to Optimum Nutrition Magazine and the charity. Re-branded after the results of a marketing questionnaire to over five thousand paid for subscribers, Optimum Nutrition eNews is produced entirely in-house by the charity to keep all subscribers up to date with all the latest nutrition news and research as well providing recipes, case studies and topical features in between magazine issues.
In this issue we looked at the hunter gatherer diet, asking can looking to our past solve modern dietary problems? This issue of the Optimum Nutrition eNews was also published in conjunction with the charity’s conference which was exploring the diet of mankind.
My role with the eNews is acting editor, researching the latest news and research, coordinating and commissioning writers and liaising with the charity’s in-house designer and advertising manager.
